Classic massage
Classic massage is considered to be an excellent medical procedure that relaxes the entire body and joints. It is the most sought-after massage for its beneficial effect. It is designed to eliminate fatigue, both physical and mental, removes muscle pain and stiffness.
Classic massage mainly uses circular movements, with which the masseur gradually relaxes individual muscles, finds individual pain points, induration or trigger points in them and then works on them in a targeted manner.
During this massage, individual parts of the body are massaged. Nowadays, the most common massage is the whole back and neck. Next, a massage of the upper and lower limbs, buttocks and abdomen is performed. We use classic natural organic oil. This massage is suitable for both men and women.
Relaxation AROMA massage
Aroma massage is one of the alternative methods of treatment. Their effects are very gentle and non-violent, yet effective. We work with high-quality essential oils that affect the state of mind, mood and overall health.
You can indulge in this type of massage whenever you feel tension and psychological discomfort. It relaxes the muscles, removes stress and fatigue and stimulates the psyche. We use essential oils heated, which increases their effect and pleasant feeling even more. After choosing the essential oil, the massage itself follows, during which the oil is massaged into the skin with pleasant movements. There it gets into tiny capillaries and through them into the bloodstream. In addition, the essential oil also affects our nervous system when we inhale its scent and send it to the olfactory center.
Do not shower after the massage and allow the essential oil to absorb as much as possible and flow through the bloodstream.
Relaxation AROMA massage is very gentle and suitable for everyone.
Sports massage
This is a very popular massage that has evolved from classical massage, but uses faster strokes or higher pressure. Its main goal is to prepare the muscles for subsequent loading or to remove metabolites from the muscles. The masseur uses higher pressure to thoroughly work the muscles, including the deeper layers. It improves blood circulation in the muscles and helps to wash away harmful substances, which results in an ideal muscle warm-up and stretching before exercise or faster recovery after exercise. This significantly reduces the risk of possible injury during further physical exertion. Using sports massage techniques, we achieve relaxation of strained and stiff muscles. Thanks to this, you can effectively rest and train without restrictions even after a big race. With a suitable massage, we can stimulate a healthy body to higher performance. Sports massage is therefore for everyone who is involved in sports and does not want to destroy their body.
Massage with lava stones
Massage with lava stones has more intense effects in unblocking stiff muscles. Thanks to the hot stones that are placed on the body of the person being massaged in water heated to a temperature of around 40-60°C and subsequently massaged by them. The heat of the stones spreads throughout the client's body and relaxes him overall. At the same time, the stones transmit, in addition to the accumulated heat, a very strong energy vibration and thus affect the meridians - energy paths leading from the fingertips to our internal organs. These paths are often difficult to pass through or completely closed, but thanks to lava stone massage, they open again. Massage with lava stones adds vitality and good mood. The massage itself is very pleasant for the client.
During the massage, special oils are used in a combination of massage with stones and palms. It is not recommended for cardiac patients, pregnant women and people with varicose veins.
Herbal massage
Herbal massage is a very pleasant and healing form of massage that combines touch with the effects of natural herbs. Effects of herbal massage: relieves muscle tension and stiffness, helps with back and joint pain, promotes blood circulation and detoxification of the body, calms the nervous system, relieves stress and fatigue, strengthens immunity and overall vitality. Duration usually 60–90 minutes
Anti-stress massage
Anti-stress massage is a type of relaxation massage, the aim of which is to relieve tension, reduce stress and calm the body and mind overall. It helps to relax muscles, improve blood and lymph circulation, reduce mental tension and induce a feeling of well-being. It uses gentler and slower strokes than in a classic massage – stroking, rubbing, gentle kneading, sometimes even elements of aromatherapy. The area of massage is most often the neck, shoulders, back, head, face and hands, because this is where stress accumulates the most. The effect after the massage is a feeling of lightness, reduced muscle tension, improved sleep, relaxation of the mind, and overall regeneration. Duration usually 60–90 minutes.
